I know this topic has been beaten to death but with so many different new sensations I thought this was a good question.

What were you feeling with your biggest bump in growth? Nipple itchiness? Breast tenderness? Dull ache?

For a while I experienced a lot of nipple itchiness which seemed to result in my right nipple expanding to pencil eraser while the left is still lazy. Now the breasts are mainly just sensitive and tender in the center to pressure (not the edges) but i felt like I noticed the quickest growth was with both sensations.  Some days I can feel the tenderness from just a tight shirt on while other days I'll only notice if I bump them.

Another side question - do you think compression shirts hinder growth? I know binding is bad for you and it's nothing like that, just a tight fitting compression tank top otherwise I would have  wayy too noticeable of breasts in man mode which definitely look like breasts and not man boobs. I wish I could just let them hang free but not possible in my lifestyle. Plus it seems research shows bras don't help prevent sagging and if anything increase the chances because the tissue/muscle isn't being used while supported so it weakens.

It's funny I see older golfers all day and many older man seem to have pretty big TITS lol well formed and all... Makes me wonder if it's someone similar or just decreased T at an older age

Nipple itchiness, it would hurt sort of sometimes. Randomly I would feel a kind of odd pressure behind my nipple which were total "wtf" moments. Hmmm...Idk what else tbh. My boobs are small. A lot of girls say "OMG IT HURTS SO BAD" but it only hurts a lot during the spurts & thats only when I lay on my stomach & stuff.

Oh god. Itchy nipples. That's the worst I get and it's irritating as hell. Other than that, just general soreness for me.

Is it possible that one will start growing before the other? I still think I'm experience phantom (really excited about getting breasts) pain as I'm only 2 weeks in, but today I've only felt it on my left one and nothing on my right one.

My breasts are very sensitive at this point.  We are driving north of El paso to home for the last hr down a bumpy highway.  Just the right bumps and feeling good;)  still have 40 miles to enjoy this..  I hope this feeling is never outgrown!

I haven't experienced itchiness but every now and again I feel some soreness and a little bit of a burning sensation. Kind of like sunburn.

Strange that in the 5 to 6 years of natural breast enhancement I had very little or no breast or nipple pain. But now since I will be beginning true HRT within the next couple of weeks, I don't know what to expect. This may seem strange, but I really would love to feel the growing pains. I want the tender breasts and nipples. Even the itchiness that many have mentioned that they get that indicates breast growth. I am hoping to beat the odds of being able to be bigger than my mother and sister were. Would love to have a 40D. Maybe I should be careful what I wish for. I may never be able to hide them!

I get occasional pangs of pain behind my nipples inside my breasts. Just generally gently touching them around the areole also illicit pain as well.

I can't say I've ever had the itchiness a lot of others have written in the past.

Definitely itchiness!! I have no idea whether the itchiest periods = most growth, but it drove me NUTS.

Pretty positive the nipple itchiness comes from the nipple and areola growing/expanding. I experienced it the most when my nipple expanded and puffed up.

Steph what do you mean by natural breast enhancement? If you just mean creams and massage then I wouldn't be surprised you wouldn't experience any of these symptoms until you are actually on HRt..

Personally love the itchiness though it drives me crazy :)

Natural breast enhancement means from herbs rich in phyto-estrogen from plants, such as pueraria mirifica (PM) and Bovine Ovary (B.O.) I  do use Noogleberry pumping cups, too, and finasteride for the DHT thing with the testosterone. Next are the estrogen patches.

Itchiness and tingling sensations and tenderness. Rather than a compression shirt try wearing a tight fit tee or singlet under a loose shirt.

Itching, burning, sore, tender growing bruises.

Tightness of the skin.

Sensitivity and warm to the touch.

Added squishyness and added weight, tightness of shirts/clothing.

A new shape... <--- Not sure how to describe but waking up feeling like they have changed shape overnight.


Most of all, comfort :)

Ugh the itchies! >_< My tits itch all the freakin' time, and on my periods they sometimes throb and ache.. Can't run around without a bra when that happens... feels like lead weights hanging from my nipples! And also on my period my nipples get super sensitive and touching them slightly can feel like needles being jabbed into them... I like that they're getting bigger, and rounder, and that my boyfriend notices these things... but oh jeez, the itchies need to stop! :icon_cry2:

Like a lot of you here I suffer from "itchy titties" quite a bit. It started at about the 4-5 month mark when the initial soreness subsided as I filled out an A cup. Been there ever since. Sometimes it's so bad I can hardly stand it. I'm a full B cup now with nice very round feminine breasts not spread too far apart nicely centered on my chest. They aren't sore anymore like before, but as I found out recently they are still growing. At the end of 2 years I feel I'll be in a C cup or at the very least about to burst out of my B cups. Have to wait and see tho, can't rush mother nature! ;)
