Well i must say the one and only thing i regret from the surgery is the flashes. Just to clarify i have been post op almost 4 years now and still... i get them like clock work every 10 minutes !
i have been on hormones which are being monitored carefully to see what the issue is ... but every doc has told me its from the surgery . Of course i would do it all over again ! in a heartbeat ! but it is a pain having to wear a bandana every day !
on the plus side i never have to worry about doing my hair haha.

I had them bad.
Doctor raised my estrogen serum level above 400 and been good.
Maybe one every other week.
Can not say it will help but not everyone does well with the generic number that so many use.
