Title: Hi!

After lurking around on the forums for quite some time, figured it would be productive for me to register.
My name is Alexander, but I usually go by Alex. I'm an eighteen year old trans guy, and I've been on T for about half a year now. I'm pre-top surgery, but I'm hoping that will change some time next year. I've been transitioning before I entered university, and now I regularly live "stealth" - with the exception of my immediate family, and some friends. It's somewhat lonely at times, but I'd prefer living this way rather than worry about my safety, and quite frankly, not many people need to know about my background.
As for more about myself, I greatly enjoy literature, medical science, music, videogames, and a whole bunch of other things. I'm an introvert at heart, and don't have many friends, so I preoccupy a lot of my time with my hobbies, and internet-stuffs. I could always use more support, and it's nice getting to know other trans folk, too.
Nice to meet you.

Hello and thank you!
Haha, I was lurking for quite some time... a few months, at least! Except I think it's a tad too late for prizes now. d:

Hi Alex,
A big Aussie welcome to Susan's family. It's good of you to drop in and say "Hi". Hope you like it here, and you stay for a while.
There is a mountain of information, resources and friendship waiting for you here, you just need to jump in start talking and ask any question you like. You're quite safe here and we are very accepting.
Good to hear you've learnt the ropes to get yourself TG's far including your studies. I feel the main thing in this journey s to ensure you are well centred and balanced within yourself. For those that need time to recess your decisions, your centredness will help them.
Looking forward to hearing more of your story in time to come, but in the meantime, be safe, well and happy.
Lotsa huggs
Catherine
