im starting with a low dose of estradiol, and that's it for now but in 3 months we are going to examine the results and my health and see if a bigger dose is right for me.

Im so excited!!! how do you get one of those hrt clocks to measure how many years/months/days you have been on hormones?

Congrats Amber!  It's only been 1 day so far, just curious to see if you've experienced any mental changes yet.  For some the changes are more immediate than others.

Its been 3 days and I haven't felt anything yet... its not really that surprised. I have been in a better mood over all because im like yes I finally started, but other then that nothing. Maybe this one time watching a inspirational youtube video and like when the really powerful part came up I got like super powerful chills but other then that I haven't had any strange emotional responses...

Congrats stephanie!! We're like the same age transition wise.

I got skin changes and scent changes in a week on low dose E only. So you may notice that soon. The first day I didn't get much other than a slight migraine and probably a placebo effect of calm taking it.

Yes, Amber, I guess that we are! Sisters of the transition. HRT all the way! Exciting stuff! Slight puffiness in the areola around one nipple, just like the budding of the nipples I had a few years ago when I started with the phyto-estrogen herbs. Could be the new puberty all over again, which might mean that the boobs may grow a bit more. I sure hope so. I didn't experience much breast discomfort, as in growing pains, the first time. I am looking forward to some more growth, even though it will be more of a challenge to hide them, even with loose shirts.

And, do you already feel better after a few weeks of hrt ;D?

I definitely do!! i haven't noticed huge changes emotionally or physically. basically my skin has gotten softer and my complexion has gotten better. As far as my emotions go i haven't noticed much other than my sex drive is more unstable. By that i mean it was off the charts high for like the first week and now it has finally started to lower which im excited about actually. I also am starting to get strong cravings for chocolate. like i dreamed about it last night....  :D

this is probably tmi but my orgasms have really become like way stronger. its like wow..... that's literally the best way to describe it.

My skin is just becoming clearer on my face. I have less red spots and acne, and it seems like some of my pores are closing.

thanks I am gonna refrain from posting photos until at least may. by then I hope that there are some decent changes.
