I am all giddy and happy because i have just reconnected with 2 of my biological brothers! Being adopted and having most of my biological family shun me just because i was adopted kinda sucked and when i came out a year ago the remaining few that i had left up and pretends i no longer exist. This doesn't bother me though because i still have some of my adopted family and friends and that was all i needed. but three days ago i got a Facebook message from my brother that started with a sentence that almost made me cry, "Hey sis". Im so very happy that i have him and my half brother on my side now. apparently i did need some real family lol! But I also wanted to use this to let people know that sometimes all it takes is time. Granted there will always be certain family members who are toads but for some they just need time to get used to the idea.
