Well as you can see I have updated my avatar but I still have some minor swelling and bruising but my FFS was months ago. It's taking so long for it to clear up. I'm suppose to go back to my surgeon in January for pictures but I don't know if the swelling and bruising is going to be gone by then. He has already delayed it once. I wonder if estrogen caused it to be prolonged? Any thoughts?

May I ask whom you went to for your FFS, Amy?
It certainly shouldn't be too visible beyond 6 months. By 1 1/2 months I went from extremely apparent bruising to light brown bruising under the eyes only and for the most part disguised with minimal-coverage makeup.

Hi, yes my doctor is Shaun Freeman in Charlotte NC. My bruising is almost gone just some light brown under the eyes as you mentioned. My next adventure will most likely be a sex change.
