So I'm sitting in my flat entirely en femme, make up on, hair on, catching up on some things.

To give some context I'm not "out" in any way shape or form at the moment.

Knock at the door.

->-bleeped-<-! instantly realise what's happened. I left the kitchen tap running, I must have flooded my downstairs neighbour.

Knock Knock Knock

I have never moved so fast
Tap off. Towels down. Into bedroom. Top off, Skirt off, bra off, panties off, tights off, wig off, makeup remover wipes X 4(bloody eyeliner). Boy clothes on.
Run around block to downstairs neighbour (has own entry round the back, terraced street) before he calls the police thinking I'm out and they break into my flat filled with crossdressing accoutrement.

I would have loved to have filmed myself backwards and posted it on youtube as the world's fastest MTF transformation  :)

Neighbour is really nice about it but has spoken to my upstairs neighbour who was about to call an emergency plumber.

AAAH, dont have his number!
Runrunrun, his doors open, go in and call upstairs, "dont...[puff]...call...[wheeze]...plumber....[gasp]. Fortunately he realised it must be coming from mine, can barely hold in his laughter.

Hope this gave you all a bit of laugh. Anyone else had a situation like this?

I suppose the only way to avoid this in future is to go full time  ;)

Or if you can't just yet, make sure you've turned the kitchen taps off first before dressing up.

Not when I was in girl mode. Happened when I was in nude mode though and my housemate came home unexpectedly and I was nowhere near my room! Oh yeah that was a riot!! ;D

Oh yeah,

Before I was out, I was dressed in femme - long flowing teal green skirt, flats, matching top etc.  I heard a knock at the door, looked out the window and it was my soon to be EX MOTHER IN LAW.
That was the OH S*** moment.  I too ran to my bedroom, changed clothes etc as she didn't know yet
I finally answer the door completely forgetting to take off my makeup, my nails were candy apple red and still had my flats on lol

She didn't say anything but she had to have known lol

I used to do that but now I don't care. UPS guy came and I had a dress on too. "Have a nice day miss" as he drops off the package and scurries back to his truck.

Mine was a few weeks ago, my sister was helping me pick out clothes and we were back at
the house ( i stay at my dads when im in town ) so im putting different outfits on and going
to the front room to show her and after about 4 outfits im in the kitchen far away from the
room with the clothes in it and as im getting something to drink i hear footsteps coming up the steps
and look out to see my dads car ( he does not know yet ) so i take off on a mad run to the other end
of the house and slip going around the corner and fall flat on my bum, get up and run smack into my
sister as she got up to see why i fell so now she is on the floor, i jump over her and make it down the
hallway just as i hear the door open up and my dad asks my sister why she is sitting on the floor lol

These are priceless  ;D

I never had an all out comedy skit type situation but once when the mail lady came, I saw her walking up my walkway through the living room window.  I tried to get as much off as I could but there just was no way.  So I only opened the door slightly.  Afterward while I was congratulating myself on a job well done I reached out to pick something up and realized I had used her pen to sign with crimson red/purple nail color on  ::) .    Dani

I do remember posting some years ago when I was pre coming out and my microwave caught fire and I had the fire brigade arrive :laugh:

Nothing I could do.

Next day the fire truck came back and the Capt gave me a nice bunch of flowers from the crew.

Soooo sweet.
