Hi guys just me :). I have just started using a 38mm dilator that I ordered since suporn's only went to 34mm and I find even with rotation it is still quite easy. I was wondering if there were a 40 or maybe even a 42mm dilator available since I feel I could certainly handle that size now?
Any thoughts?

first, before you start pushing your limits, contact your surgon, and ask him.
In another post, you said you were only 50 days post, now, you should be around 70 days, just over two months. everything is not fully healed yet.
I am not a doctor, so contact yours. a lot will depend on what he says, as far as how long since your surgery, and from his records on what he had to start with.
the last thing you want to do is push beyond safe limits and create a tear inside.
