Title: Breasts Appear to Have Gotten Smaller

I've lost a little more weight but not enough that I would think it would cause some decrease in in breast size but they appear smaller. The aching and tenderness has also decreased quite alot. I'm kind of at a loss so will welcome any input.
I see my GP in one week so I was thinking of asking to increase my dose and schedule for EV injections.

If you've lost weight that makes sense. I found this which might be helpful...
When You Lose Weight Do Your Breasts Get Smaller?

When you lose weight, you can expect your breasts to get smaller. Breasts consist of fibroglandular tissue and fat, but the amount of fat composition varies from one woman to another. Fibroglandular tissue, primarily mammary glands and connective tissue, create breast density. The breasts of some women contain as little as 25 percent fibroglandular tissue and 75 percent fat. Conversely, the breasts of some women are very dense, with as little as 25 percent fatty tissue.
How much smaller your breasts will be after weight loss depends upon the body fat percentage you lose, your breast fat percentage and your breast size before you lose weight. Whether you want to reduce your breast size or keep what you've got, spot reduction doesn't work. The amount of change in your breasts after weight loss depends upon your own unique characteristics.

I've gone from 155 to 151 in the past few weeks. I don't see my BMI changing by much with 4 lbs. :(
I really wanted to get to 145 but if I keep losing boobs I may need implants before too long.

From what I've heard from my friends who are cis women, breasts are one of the first places that weight comes off when women lose it.

I've heard the same. I may have to scrap my plans of getting to 145 and go back up to around 160. I know it's a psychological issue and there's really no difference in my appearance from 151 to 160 but 145 just sounds better. :(

I'm not sure this is very helpful, but I've lost a lot of weight and I can't say I noticed my breasts getting smaller. My chest size (under bust) definitely has, but over/under difference seems to be much the same. I don't think they are growing anymore either, or at least they don't hurt like they used to.
Are you sure they are actually getting smaller, and you're not being overly sensitive? Are you measuring a difference?
Mine do change noticeably when I start or stop progesterone.

I haven't measured but they appear smaller and they are definitely not as tender of late.

I guess getting a blood test would be a good idea at this point.
If you're not on progesterone that's worth a try as well. I know its been discussed here endlessly, but I really notice it.

I've been on it since September, twice a day.

So far mine have gone up and down as fat is stored or burned. This will especially happen if losing weight, but each person is different. Some people its the breasts, others the gut, others thr butt, and so on. So i don't think it that odd.

Do they seem smaller, or do they measure differently now?
For me, it's been worrying watching my bust measurement flatline after it initially grew 6 cm over 8 weeks. But I measure my body composition too, and I see I'm losing muscle. Maybe that's what's happening?

Definitely and very noticeably smaller today. This is very distressing. :(
