Hey all,
I have been researching possible doctors to do my srs and i already narrowed my list the a couple of thai doctors(suporn, chettawut and kamol) but i had a questions about the possible impact of circumsion that i had when i was a little child.I contacted Dr Kamol and it was suggested that because i had circumsion for the best results and the depth he would suggest a colon vaginaplasty, now i am open to all options but i was wondering if anyone else that had circumsion and used the technique by doctor Suporn recieved adequate depth and good aesthetic result? Also i would like to point out that i have been on hormones for about 12 years so there is also some shrinking down there over the years so i dont have a lot of material to work with anyway.

If you look at my timelines, I was operated by drs brassard and belanger and it was nit as n issue for them (circumsition I mean). Beware some dfoctors aspre very keen on doing colon versions.

The Thai surgeons seem to prefer (expect?) uncircumcised people; I too went to Brassard, who like many North American surgeons routinely works on circumcised women, and I have had excellent results with adequate depth.

Can't imagine why it would matter to the outcome.

Well at least for the standard penile inversion technique there is just less tissue to work with if you had circumsion that will either inpact the depth that they can achieve or the look of the external vagina(lips etc)

Can't imagine it would matter to Suporn, since he mostly uses scrotal tissue.
I had PI with a circumcised organ and the topic never came up.

Plastic surgeons can do remarkable things these days. Researching like you have is a smart step before going in. Some of the best information on a Dr. comes from the patients already worked on. Since records are confidential, you'd have to look for another patient on this or another forum.
We tend to expect everything to be perfect, but there is usually a flaw somewhere, and that goes for people born into the right body. If you can actually talk to the Dr., it might help, but I still think the best information as to a Dr.s successes (or failures), comes from those who were done before you.
You are being careful and using your head. I wish you the best of luck and a good outcome.
