Title: FreeTom "The Buddy"??

Hey folks, does anyone know more about this packer, it caught my eye, it looks very good on the images (even though they're oddly taken).
It's 3.5" in length and 4" in girth.
The fact that it's molded of a cis guys parts makes it even better.
I've read some stuff about the paint though, that it's wearing off after about a week :/
Anyhow, does anyone own one of these or does anyone have more information about it?

I thought it looks nice. He is doing something wrong with getting "paint wearing off". That's not at all "normal" for working with silicone. Something with his technique or type of paint. I would not get the added paint. I can't recall the price.

$90 is a fair price for a silicone STP. How it is is another story. Sadly I don't think the paint will hold on it.

Yeah that's what I thought, it looks really good! Sad to hear about the paint, dang :/
I'll send FreeTom an e-mail with questions, will post it here when/if I get a reply :)

I mailed FreeTom and here are the answers, I must say the person who wrote this mail is very kind.
Took a while to get a reply though, hope this helps everyone who is interested in "The Buddy" as well.
"Hello there dear! So to answer your questions in order:
-Is the silicone as stiff as the other FreeTom prosthetics?
Our packers are made of very soft, life-like silicone that warms to your body much like skin, and feels comfortable.
-Will it point up whilst packing?
No, the prosthetic material is flexible and can bend down while packing.
-Does it have 3D testicles?
Yes, the testicles are not hollow like our other prosthetics are for urination.
-Is the skin moveable?
Because of the nature of silicone, the skin is immovable.
-I've heard something about the paint wearing off after a week, is this true?
The paint is meant to be permanent, but It may peel or fade with time, especially against jeans and clothing. Our paint is meant to last, however things to happen and the customer should take the previous into consideration before purchasing.
-Can you wear it against your skin? (without tearing or becoming as nasty as mr.limpy)
Of course! Our prosthetics are made of 100% Platinum silicone which is safe for skin contact.
Hope I answered your questions, have a wonderful day!!!"

"hello dear" Dear!? That's kind of unprofessional. I would guess not all trans guys would like being called "dear"
I'd guess questions re 3d testicles and skin safe, are accurate. Not sure about the others.

Yes, but this is a business, even if he were from the UK, where I believe that would be fairly common, wouldn't you use "sir" or a name, if you provided one? I've gone into businesses, where the worker was from the UK, but I'm a frequent customer.

I know this post is a little old but I actually just ordered this last week. I really like the Freetom products and I'm excited about having more of a flaccid looking peen then looking like I have a huge boner all the time. I'll let you all know how it goes when I receive it.
I'm crossing my fingers and hoping they make the "My Favorite" into an STP. It's one of the most realistic packers I've seen. ;D

I just don't understand how that funnel is meant to work. Like, unless you move it completely under you and stand over the bowl, there's no way it would work that I can see. Maybe if you attach another STP to it, like the "GoGirl" or the "Whiz"?

They're making the My Favorite into an STP, and they also cam rout with an uncut 4 inch STP packer, and I'm not gonna lie, it looks pretty good. I'm getting the Buddy STP by Wednesday, according to tracking info. Would you guys like me to review and put up pictures once I've gotten used to it and used it for a little while??

Yes please! I'd love to see if they improved things at least. Plus like the main problem of freetom is being heavy and too big so maybe it wont be so bad by comparison.

I'm currently still waiting on this product. I did get the paint plus upgrade on it and I think it should be here next week sometime. They say it takes like 22 days if you get the paint plus but I'm pretty patient ;). Besides, I go in for my top surgery on Tuesday so I have other things to worry about lol. I'll let you folks now how it works out when I receive it.

Yep, I agree (putting it completely under you and stand over the bowl).
I think for those of us who have been buying packers/STPs/strap on products for several years, we can quickly deduce the problem areas of a product that would keep it from working for it's intended usage.

I got a Buddy Packer on sale for 7.99. Not a bad deal if you ask me. I'll write a review once I get it. It's one of the defectives that has a few chunks missing on it somewhere, which I don't really care for if I'm just using it as a packer.

It's not even my exact skin tone but I don't really care about that. I just want to see if they've improved in terms of packing.
I don't really use my 4-in-1 sleek a lot for solely packing due to the firmness. I know about the jock methods and blah blah blah but it's too much work for me. So I use it a lot less than my other ones.
Let's see how the Buddy works for packing. Hopefully they'll be shipping it out this week and I'll get it either this week or the next.

I just received mine today and it looks fantastic. I got the warm rosy skin color and it's a great match (since you want to go a bit darker) I can't take any pics at the moment since i'm recovering from my surgery but I can tell you so far that I didn't leak any pee on myself. The balls are very realistic and have little goosebumps on them. The only thing is it will slip around if you don't have tight enough underwear or a harness. I'm using a peecock harness to hold it together and it works very well. I'll take pictures when i can!

I'm still trying to get used to it. I unfortunately peed myself with it. I'm pretty sure once you get use to it you'll be able to pee from waist level. The other thing is you may have to tip it a bit so the pee goes thru. Also the hole the pee goes thru seems a tiny bit small so it can get backed up quickly. I was able to pee with it the first time one handed.
Thank you Tomo, I'm feeling pretty good, I just really hate these drains :P

@Raptor
If you want to you can use a small scalpel blade or something and some tweezers to widen the hole and make it so it flows a lot easier. That's what I did with my previous freetom products. Its a bit awkward to get it so it looks just right but its possible and makes it easier.

Okay got the package from freetom today and was super excited! I ripped the package open and grabbed the prosthetic, seriously heavy compared to my Mr. limpy, I took it out and looked through the plastic only to discover a flat-backed packer! They sent me a clearance(or I assume since the back was rough-cut) buddy packer! I waited for this thing and was super excited that I would get to use it early since my dad had to stop at my house before college orientation only to discover freetom sent me the wrong item!

Alright! I'm going to go ahead and do my FreeToM Buddy Packer review. 1. FreeToM as a company: Product shipped on time. There are two people who respond to emails as far as I know, Stephanie and Candance. Both sweethearts and helpful, Candnace even agreed to talk to Dominic about releasing a video showcasing the uncut prosthetic. Even though they were sweet I have to admit talking to two girls about my maybe-soon-to-be-dick was a bit embarrassing. Dominic as far as I can tell is sincere and I truly believe he tried his best with this product and created his own unique product. Nice guy. I do NOT like the price tag for the paint. Even "on sale" $75, REALLY? I've seen airbrushers in the mall create masterpieces and charge less, surely spray painting a little pink and brown isn't too taxing a task? But I don't spray paint so honestly I have no right to say anything but I think Dominic would sell a lot more if he just included the paint in all his prosthetics, then it wouldnt be a big deal if it wore off quick because you didn't chop off your leg to pay for it. They also don't allow reviews on their site or questions on their tumblr and I've heard they delete bad posts on their Facebook. To me that's a huge minus, as a company you should be able to take the good with the bad. For that reason I'll give a 7/10. The product: for $14 and not being what I thought it was I am highly happy with this product. It feels great, I think it has the best texture a day after powdering. Looks great. Squeeze is amazing, like a very firm marshmallow. The part I love the most and love the least is the size. I love it because it's very proportional, the size of the shaft looks perfect for the balls and has a nice girth. You don't get an anaconda with a sliver of balls like the limpy. I do wish it was 4" or 4.5" because I like bigger packers but for the proportionality of it I'm content with the smaller size. However, I was told it had "little chunks missing from the head", there's barely anything wrong with the head. The back is rough cut, there's a patch of untextured silicone on one ball, and the worst part is the connection between the shaft and balls is very thin, thankfully I don't wear a harness. 8/10. Packing: keeping in mind I'm coming from a limpy small the packing of this thing is great. No packing straight down but flip the shaft upwards and it's perfect. With all the harnesses you guys have looked into there is no doubt in my mind that any of you will be able to pack with the buddy. I don't even wear "fancy" underwear, cheap Walmart boxer briefs work perfect. For my anatomy the back is the perfect size so when I squeeze the balls I'm not catching any of the other "mini me" with it. For larger guys with larger anatomy I would suggest looking into the "My Favorite" as the back is wider I believe. 9/10 I would recommend the Buddy, but would recommend a clearance model first to see how you like it.

I was so excited about this product and had it long enough now. I continue to have back flow and even sat there controlling my pee so I don't over flow (It takes me like 5 minutes to pee if I do this). I just want to be able to pee.. I don't want to have to sit there adjusting myself and pushing on the balls to make sure everything empties out. I had the same problems with my rogue stp (I think thats what it was). I have more luck pulling my pants down and hovering over the toilet without an STP but that wouldn't look right in a mens room haha.
I'm just not sure what else to do, I'll just continue to use it as a packer and use a stall.
I would be interested in seeing more about the "My Favorite" . I know i'd probably never be able to pee out of it but I like the look of it much better than the "Buddy".
I wonder if it would be possible to make an STP that lets you pee sitting down so if you're on a long ass road trip you don't have to stop. Eh, wishful thinking I suppose.
