I've been thinking lately, i've been kinda sick and i've been going to the hospital so probably not the best place to test if this is right, on one side unless they are pulling my leg i'm getting great passing results as i have been asked countless times before an x-ray "Am i pregnant" and the last time i went i was asked "when was your last period"...only if i had an answer.
On the other hand online especially on susans i get told i'm pretty most of the time or i get ignored most of the time for whatever reason, when i go out i don't find that guys flirt with me though one time this older man winked at me so i don't know what that means and another time in my apartment building my mom says this older man stares at me with his eyes to his side, smiling...which creeps me out but i've never got catcalled or anything like that
probably if i experience that i would feel weird and scared but is this normal? i mean i gather information on what life is supposed to be from television and online considering i don't go out a lot/at all.
so does this count as passing? does this mean i'm attractive, normal or boring/ugly but pass? i'm confused help would be appreciated.

Donna, I'm going to give a straightforward factual response. If what you're looking for is an unconditionally supportive response ("of course you pass. Just look at your picture. We all want to look like that." Etc.), I'm sure you'll get it from other people.
Hard to say from what you tell us. Medical personnel asking about periods and pregnancy don't really say anything about passing. They're required to ask these questions, even if they think you're trans because they can't be sure.
As far as men flirting with you, a whole lot more than passability or physical attractiveness goes into it. They read carriage, movement, attitude, and a host of other cues.
Signs of passing that I see regularly are when random women un-self-consciously smile warmly back at me or when mothers of young girls encounter me in the ladies' room with no discomfort or tension.
But that's just me. I tend not to believe things until I see clear evidence. Otherwise, in my mind, the truth of the world rests in sort of a maybe state.
Donna, regardless of what you look like, you are beautiful for being a special, sensitive, valuable human being. Passibility means little in comparison to that.

I have cisgender women smiling at me but i've never been in the position of being in a bathroom with a mom with her daughter

Heavens, no! I have no idea whether you pass or not. Even with all the pictures in the world, I couldn't say whether or not you pass without meeting you.
I'm just trying to tell you how I separate in my mind the true indications that I pass vs. the things that just make me feel good.
