Two words: Push-ups, squats (ok, this may be three words technically ;)).
Do functional/bodyweight exercises and target the big muscle groups (legs, back).

You're asking for two separate things.
Big thighs and wide hips aren't going to go away without cardio. Look up some dumbbell interval training videos on YouTube if you can't do traditional cardio (running, jogging, cycling, swimming, etc.).
Bigger shoulders can give the illusion of less curves through the hips. Push-ups and weight lifting would help with this.
You also have to consider the genuine shape of your frame. A lot of people say that they're big boned as a euphemism for being overweight. But some people actually have big bones. Your hips might naturally be wide and you may not have much fat to lose there.

My problem is tiny shoulders, and that went away with a heck of a lot of push-ups. At first it'll seem impossible, but eventually you will get there.
For your hips, try researching good core exercises like sit-up's, ect. Try going for runs, and swim, if you can.
