Title: Girl Talk?

This mildly homophobic acquantance of mine talks smack about women often and men too if she had the chance. But the other day she said,"this girl looks like a man... look at her arms." And then she ask me what I thought and I said, "shes trying to look like a girl... without her hair she looks like a man". She agreed.
She also said... "why doesnt he contact me". About her boyfriend. Smack and bitchiness all day with her since we work together long hours.
But she also implied i look like a girl... but she wasnt insulting me... just a matter of fact.
Is she talking girl talk??? Or is this normal. With other guys, shes just rude with them talking about her body and work.

Not girl talk if you ask me. It sounds like she makes herself feel better about herself by belittling others. No offense but she is not the kind of person I'd seek for company. I dony like when leople talk bad about others. Maybe inform her that she's too judgemental.

Just because she is your boss don't mean that you have to be her friend. You're employed there to do a job. If it's a small company then that will be harder.

If I remember Wild Flower is in the in a certain line of work where she is pretty much required to smile and just make nice with her boss. If thing do get to the point where you feel harassed you can file an EEO complaint but you may or may not want to because of where you are.

Sounds like girl talk to me. I work at a Pizza Hut, and my friend and I talk about customers all the time. It's just a way we pass the time, and at the end of the day, it means nothing.

I know how you feel. I used to have a boss (female) who said vile and nasty things about everyone who was not in the room with us. She did the same with everyone. If I was not in the room, then I can bet I was also being talked about behind my back except for whoever she was talking with. Everyone knew her ways and we always compared notes and laughed about what she said-- we're talking from petty to outright deranged bizarre. We all avoided her like the plague unless we just absolutely had to talk to her. UGH.

Here's the thing, Her comments are very rude and demeaning to the person she is talking about and it seems to me that she is insecure with herself! With that being said. I find that after I've crossed the great hormone divide if find that all my girlfriends look at other women and will talk about what they are wearing, the color and style of the hair, their shoes and the makeup they are wearing or not wearing. Sometimes the comments are mean but sometimes they are very nice. There lays the difference here! it's never all bad or good they a simply voicing their opinions where as from what you said it sounds like she needs to build herself up by tearing others down!
Much Love,

She does not bother me. Were both mean people 'at least I pretend to be meaner". Shes mean to me too... but she hasnt said anything mean that hurts me... like your short, your weird, sometimes i wonder about you 'like in a wth face', but in general the only thing that could get to me is being called ugly... she admit im attractive in a feminine way SO shes okay in my book. Its like she denied a possible bisexual girl is into me because im a dude but because i look like a girl... so in my mind its like she said "you have the power to attract lesbians"... i dont know really but thats how i interpret it as.
We talk about stuff we shouldnt talk about... lol so its all good. But at the end.... even if shes homophobic a bit shes like respectful. I think I confuse her though.
Im voicing a lot of my inner feelings to her.... I am not sure i regret it or not... but my dysphoria is high as hell right now. But im concealing them masking them like... my sister like this or something.
Im so dysphoric it aint funny. Its like im on a break of insanity between mania and coocoo. But im maintaining my... bearings like today i sat at a food court having racing thoughts about crap... right now im talking to myself... and i know im breaking down. Im not suicidal though.... its like this is my aftermath... that what i want more than anything else is womanhood....
And im scared, and im tired. Scared because my life is so doomed that Im just going through the motions... and im scared ill never be her, and i know all problems could be fix if i change over... but im alone.
