2. Has anyone tried naturaful breast enhancement cream

One more question a poll type question what is more important to you vocal surgery on the vocal chords orva trachea shave which would you rather have and why. I haven't started any voice stuff yet I'm gonna start looking in to well I've looked in to it im gonna try Pratt and Eva and see which I like.

Tucking really doesn't do all that much in the way of stretching the penile skin so I'd say "probably not" in that regard. I believe some surgeons recommend jacking off to maintain stretch, a proposition not all that desirable for many.
As far as I know most of those breast enhancement creams are dubious at best. Buyer beware.
I'd worry about learning how to apply makeup first, so go for the cheap brands so you can practice as much as you want and not waste too much $$$ - most make up is outrageously expensive so it's better to experiment as much as you need to with the cheap stuff before settling on a preferred more expensive brand.
I'm not having vocal or trachea shave. Fortunately don't really need the latter and can mostly get buy without the former.
