Since I stopped hrt for 4 weeks and had gcs, a few weeks after restarting hrt I noticed that my facial skin is now super dry and flaking off on a regular basis. Anyone has ever had this issue? And should I just exfoliate and use an hydrating cream?
Internet is sadly not very helpful here since its too specific of an issue.

Are you on progesterone or androgen supplements at all? After SRS androgen levels plummet. Progesterone and androgens stimulate the sebaceous glands. Sebaceous glands produce the oil/sebum that lubiricate and waterproof our skin. Without any androgens or progesterone, the sebaceous glands in the skin won't really have much to stimulate them, thus leading to dry, dull skin.
I'm on a high dose of estrogen and notably progesterone, and have the opposite problem as you have, very oily skin that's hard to control.
For now, you virtually have dry to sensitive skin. I'd advise against exfoliating, in favor of a mildly abrasive warm water soaked face cloth. Try a gentle cleasning face wipe, with a your favorite moisturizer (one with oil might be a good idea since your skin could use help in this area. Consult your endo or dermatologist.

In my case, after GCS / SRS there is still a portion on the side of my thigh that was still numb. And one of my butt cheeks has dry skin which I think one of the side effect of the spinal anesthesia. For now I am treating it with moisturizer.

I have the same. I still have it. Not sure why, because it's certain spots. Forehead if dry, cheeks are shiny healthy, and nose is flaking... :( I am going to my doc soon, it can also be skin infection/eczema
