Title: scrotoplasty before phalloplasty?
Post by: ephone on March 18, 2015, 04:23:58 PM
Hey guys,
Is anyone familiar with having scrotoplasty before phalloplasty (are there any cons to this idea?). I was thinking about maybe getting it first before phalloplasty because it seems like a lot of time until I can obtain it but I'm not sure if it could cause any complications since I'm looking to get an erectile implant as well.

THanks!!

My only question is how the surgeon will handle the urethra opening, will you have to hold the scrotum up to pee?

I had some basic scrotoplasty with implants when I got a clitoral release. I think when I have the phalloplasty, the surgeon will probably need to adjust them.

I'd guess so, because some guys have had metas first. I'm guessing in many cases they'd have had scrotoplasty. I'd guess they'd have to rework it in some ways.
