I just made a small comment on facebook letting everyone know what i'm going through. I finally let them know that I am going to be starting hrt. It was a short post, but I feel a lot better about it. It is a huge relief to finally say it. I was feeling really depressed, but somehow I am happier now that I went ahead and done it.

You may have made a small post, but that is no small feet. Congrats on the accomplishment. Coming out anywhere let alone a social network is never easy. I used the more one on one approach even when it came to facebook on the most part, but that was just me. It's amazing how much a relief it is not having hide who we are from people anymore.
