I live in Uruguay. People make around eight thousand dollars a year. I've seen what Doctor Bart, from Belgium, can do. I have masculine features that doesn't make me pass and I will never be able to afford that kind of money. The surgery cost is higher than eight grand.
Aaaand then there exist the rich, bragging their friend about their newly bought three hundred thousand dollar painting
how magnanimous, right?..
