Title: What is more fun than....?

I'm sort of stuck at home with a cracked rib feeling sorry for myself.

I managed to load up on pain killers and was wondering what to do that wouldn't exert me. I have a pile of ironing that needs to be done, it has been needed to be done for weeks :laugh:

So I watched the cricket instead. Then realised ironing was more interesting than cricket.

So this game is what boring thing is marginally less boring than what you are doing.

So:

Watching cricket is more boring than doing the ironing.

Cleaning my house is more boring than cleaning at work.


I wish I understood why.

You realise you can double your "fun" by doing the ironing while doing the ironing. ;) My mum always watched the TV when she did the ironing.

I don't know about "more boring thans"... but I sure know that, when I was still employed there, going to management meetings about the organisational restructure as the staff rep was more painful than having three hours of electrolysis. Much more painful.

How about watching paint dry?

Have 4 tins as have been painting my place inside and out.
It's such a spectator sport.
