Title: Back of Neck Always Hot

So recently the back of my neck gets REALLY hot. Like, it's uncomfortably hot for me and other people can touch it and feel the heat. I experienced this as sort of hot flashes early on when I started hormones, and I recently had my dose doubled. Is this something related to the hormones? I think it is but a few of my friends think I should be worried bc during these hot flashes or whatever they are, I sometimes get flushed and a little clammy if I am in a warmer room. It comes and goes, lasts for maybe an hour max then goes away for a few hours.
Is this just normal hot flashes related to T or...?
Anyone else experience this?

I get the exact same thing just with my head, not my neck. I'm also always hot now, I barely had the heat on in my apartment this winter and I sleep with a fan on me and my window open every night. I work in a kitchen too and I've been so hot at work lately especially having to wear a chefs jacket that I'll keep a wet towel on the back of my neck. I think it definitely has to do with the testosterone cause the heat used to not bother me at all.
