Title: Shaping breasts during HRT
Post by: mfox on April 05, 2015, 09:41:41 AM
I was wondering if anyone has ideas on helping "shape" chest growth, especially to reduce the chance of getting snoopy, tubular or sagging breasts?    I haven't started wearing a bra yet, but I'm wondering how long I can/should avoid it.  Does wearing a different type (like a platform bra or sports bra) encourage different shapes while you're growing?

I wonder about this because fat in other places on your body seems to be shape-able (someone who wears clothes with a tight waist band ends up with visibly less fat there).  So if you don't wear the right bra to keep your chest "flattened" a little, does that encourage tubular or sagging breasts?

Of course I don't have anything against the different shapes and I know every girl is different and beautiful in their variety.  But there has to be some "best practice" while you're developing?  I looked for some previous advice on this in the forum but I couldn't really find any.

Breast massage gets good reviews for growth, and firm, plump breasts won't be tubular. Moisturize to keep the skin supple and elastic. Hope this helps!

GF, I do not think we can change our breasts, we have to live with what grows like any girl or woman would unless surgery. Mine have grown nicely however they not as full as I would like. That would be nice however it's only wishful thinking I'm afraid.

Its unlikely to get "misshapen" breasts. The shape is entirely from how much and where the primary contents (milk ducts and fat) are located.

Most girls get good looking breasts, imo. However, regular massage does wonders to help soreness and itchiness during growth...and it's good practice to find out what feels good.

Sometimes adding progesterone (bio-identical) helps reduce tubular/conical shape of breasts and make them rounder and fuller.

There's nothing you can do about your breast shape other than trying progesterone or inducing lactation. Breast shape largely depends on how well you mature and the size of your rib cage plus genetics of course. In terms of sagging, breasts do what they want. You can get sagging at any age and there isn't anything you can do to prevent it. As others have said massaging helps wonders with blood flow and soreness.

A boob job, was the only resolution that worked for me, however, ymmv based on your genetics.

It took a few years but I ended up with fairly well shaped C cups

I found that wearing a shaping bra during development seem to help as did adding progesterone, although I stopped the progesterone about a year or so ago it did seem to have a good effect during the few years I did take it

If anything I heard that wearing a bra can make things worse in terms of sagging. However I can't avoid wearing one now as going braless is just uncomfortable for everyday. Even when wearing guy clothes (especially when wearing guy clothes. Ever had a dress shirt rub your sensitive nipples?) So it is what it is. I am 34B now but my boobs don't have the typical shape yet. They are still filling out. They are more conical but they are rounding out every day. Only 4 months on HRT though...
