Title: Fatty Tissue in breasts
Post by: Rebekah on April 10, 2015, 10:01:54 PM
So what would be the best way to increase fatty tissue in the breasts while on Estrogen? Estrogen tends to build up the glandular tissue in the breasts but what should we do to increase the fat in and around the glandular tissue?

If you say fatty foods, please be specific on the type and kinds of foods to eat...

Also list any supplements..

Supplements have a minimal effect or could in fact counter the effects of your HRT, you should be very careful about what you are mixing with your prescribed medication.

Fats are an important part of a healthy diet, but eating fatty foods to increase breast size is a bad idea health-wise.  Apart from that fat always seems to go where you don't want it in my opinion.  Really you're just going to have to rely on genetics and the sensitivity of your glandular tissue to estrogen the same as the rest of us.

Well, some people have success with fat transfer, but that's a crap shoot and a bit of a radical solution anyway. Remember that we, as a group often have large rib cages. I, myself, currently have a D cup, but because of my chest (40") it looks like a B. I'm confident it will get there eventually and if not there are all the cheats cis girls use, push up bras, inserts.

How long have you been on E, Rebekah?

Estrogen will do that, too. :) Fat redistribution/layering is slow compared to some changes, but breast growth in puberty includes adding fat to the breasts (which are usually about 2/3 fat) once the initial glandular development is in place. It can happen in cycles, too - glandular growth, then a bit of fat, then "resting phase," then start all over again.

You might try breast massage... it is said to help with blood flow and estrogen receptors... there are techniques adolescent girls use, too... a few times a day...

you might think about butter instead of artificial fats... organic might be of advantage...

Once you're on the full dose of HRT, in my experience, putting on weight helped in the chest department.  It correlated really closely:

Sadly I think the inverse is true too once you've developed; when you burn fat, you see it disappear from your chest too. :/

you want fat you say? have some of mine. plenty to go around lol :embarrassed: :'(

yea like most people said E will help with this process, unless you're as skinny as a rail (Good luck). Also knowing how long you've been on E will help determine our answers too. if you just started, than it's going to take some time. If you've been on E for like a year or so and have seen no results than it could be possible that you aren't getting a better than what you got. than breast augmentation is probably going to be your next step.

Thats my answers

It not as if my breasts have stopped growing.. But they feel more glandular and more harder tissue then fatty... It is as if the glandular keeps growing but not much fat has developed around the glandular yet..

I have been on a none stop year plus a couple of months of HRT now... Prior to starting 14 months ago I had on and off bouts of HRT in my late teen to lower 20s age as I was battling out my conscience and everything I had been taught on the issue.. So I would start up and take it for several months get disgusted with myself and quiet. That happened several times over many years... *deep sigh* I wish I was more certain then as I am now I would most likely have better results over my entire body.....  But it is what it is and I am glad my breasts are still responding to the HRT..
