Hi
I have a friend that recently underwent a vaginoplasty and has the worst complication- clitorial necrosis. I am trying to help her out by doing some research- does anyone know anything about this or Drs who fix this ( not Bowers or Rummer). If so, please message me. I am trying to do some research for her.

I would have her see her ob/gyn asap. If she had fever and throwing up I would as suggested a trip to the ER
Most times necrosis is general to specific tissues but can spread with care.
Have her continue her doctors instructions and I would explore those two options.
Surgeons most likely would not see a patient of another doctor until well healed.
Ob/gyn or hospital.

Yes, try to get an emergency appointment, without proper bloodflow you're looking at dead tissue and a terrible infection. Why isn't the surgeon who performed it seeing her immediately already?? I hope you can come back and post details..
