Awesome article, thank you! I've been doing circuit and cross fit training for so long, I was worried about the muscles I've built up over the years. I rarely run but now, I guess it's going to have to be my new hobbie :D

Thank you for share with us this article, it's amazing. I'm gonna put in practice everything. I have to admit that I don't like run too much, But I think it's time to start.
