If your doctor specified when, take it then.

Mine is a split dose, in the AM and PM, the reason being that estrogen has a short half-life in the body, so this gives a more constant level. For spiro, I was told it does not matter, though some people find that they have to pee a lot, so taking it right before bed may not be ideal.

My doctor said I could take them all at once or split the dose. I split the dose to keep a constant level, so I take one when I awake, another after lunch and one before bed. 8 hours apart. Spiro is taken with the rest of medications I take, with breakfast.

You should consult with a qualified doctor - self medication is extremely dangerous to your health.

Mine didn't say anything. The instructions were on the prescription. It just says twice a day. It doesn't say when. I take them first thing before I go to work and around dinner time.

Split dose for me; Anti T and Estrogen AM and PM, about 12 hours apart...

Doctor prescribed! Apparently can be with, just after or without food... Tend to take just after Breakfast and evening Dinner... Just works better

Yeah, I dont think food/no food makes much difference for estradiol (but IANADoctor etc), but I believe the spiro uptake is higher when taken with food. However, I think it's unknown whether that actually translates into improved clinical efficacy. So I don't sweat it.
