Title: Diving into dysphoria..

So.. not sure what to say exactly. Things are going as well as they can be! Family and friends/coworkers are supportive and I'm on HRT.. So that's good! But sometimes I just HATE my body and any of its maleness and I want to just be so upset about it without feeling like I should be "grateful." Which I am.. I am grateful for all the good stuff and I never am just totally saying that life is not good. I have a sort of default positive attitude.. but sometimes I just want to say "It really sucks to be in this circumstance!" and not feel guilty for it. Because I feel like pretending I'm feeling ok even when I'm not is not healthy....

Anyway.. whew.. ranty thingy over! haha! Thanks for reading! XD

You've got every reason to be upset.  If dysphoria wasn't painful, we'd have no need to alleviate it.

Hi Damara, I know what you mean, I've been positive for years, always hating what my birth did to my body, but was up till last few years able to control the effects of Dysphoria... but it gets us all, and its a burden to our emotions and energy!

:laugh: But yeah always good to vent  :-*
