I am in major need of help Please Read
My name is Jacob and I'm 18, I'm desperately trying to start my Ftm transition and get surgery, but since my father found out I was trans he disowned me and I'm getting no financial support, he went so far as to hide my siblings from me.

I don't think you're allowed to solicit donations here. In one of your other posts you said your mother was accepting, could you go to her for help? If you were kicked out of your house you can try http://www.transhousingnetwork.com to find a place to stay until you get on your feet. If you just need money for surgery and hormones it's something you'll have to work towards. Many of us are in the same boat.

Sorry, we understand that finances are difficult for people who are transitioning. We are all in the same boat and for that reason we do not allow people to promote their fundraisers via this site.
