I am currently in Spiro, Premarin and Progynon, I can see that I've been losing muscle mass very quick but it turned into fat. How can I get rid of the extra fat hanging from my arms ??? ? I'm also on a strict diet, im 5'7 and 176 pounds last week, today I'm 168. I exercise everyday but I stopped yesterday because when I woke up I have some serious lower back pain. :'(

Hi Seimatsumoto, Welcome to Susans. Exercise and diet can help with the fat. There are exercises you can do to target that specific area, but before doing any more you really should get your back checked out. I look forward to seeing you around the site. Good luck and hugs

Hi,
T likes muscle and E likes fat.
I am eating more low calorie foods and exercising every day.
I have been losing muscle for 2 years and gaining fat but I have kept my weight the same, somewhat.
I recently added in daily aerobic exercise and to supplimant my weekly anerobic exercise. I really should be doing anerobic exercise two or three times a week.
