Hello everyone, my name is Maddy, I'm a 23 year old transgender MTF.
I've known I was transgender for the majority of my life, and have tried in the past to be honest about myself, with people who I thought were more understanding, and actually cared. I've only recently come into a situation where I can once again try to be myself, without too much unwanted attention for simply identifying as a female.
So, I guess what I need more than anything is support. People to talk to, who understand the trials and tribulations of a transgender person. I'm not totally alone in my conquest this time, one of my roommate's is also a transgender MTF, and we met a couple of girls who are also willing to help us on our path to our innerselves. A little extra support is always a good thing.
I guess I'll wrap this up before I start rambling, I am Maddy Aya Whitley. I am a female at my innermost being, and I am going to do anything in my power to express my feelings to the world. Hopefully one day, people will realize we're not so scary after all.

Thank you everyone for welcoming me, I'm grateful to all of you for taking the time to acknowledge me. I hope to add to this forum, and help in anyway I can. Definitely going to be rough at times, but with the support of my brothers and sisters, there is nothing I can't accomplish.
