I'm considering getting them when I'm older. I live in the northern rivers, Australia but im considering moving to Sydney or Brisbane when I've finished high school. anyway just a few questions haha
1. how much do they cost
2. whats the procedure
3. does it hurt? if so how much?
4. how do they stretch the skin. lets say I want dd implants or bigger but my skin is not stretchy ive always been underweight so it wraps tightly around my ribcage
5. what happens if I start taking hrt after I get them. will they grow funny, like the breast tissue might grow behind or in front of the implant like it's random and the boobs might have a bulge in them. I want boobs so bad but I want to have a child and I cant take hrt because it would wreck my sperm count.
anyway that's my questions hope u can answer them if I have any new questions i'll post them haha

It's not recommended to get implants before you start HRT for a variety of reasons, including the uneven growth thing you mentioned. Another reason is that without some breast development, there will not be enough skin to put implants behind.. And if you could find a surgeon that would do it before you had been on hormones a while, they would look FAKE.. Like incredibly fake, particularly if you are underweight like you say. You would also run the risk of your breasts ending up a big mess of stretch marks - which is not a good look. There is no skin stretching done before or during the procedure, the implants go in and it's up to your skin to adjust to accommodate them - this is why HRT first is kind of a requirement.
As for cost, it depends on the surgeon.. I've seen prices range from around $5000 to $8-9000. And there is zero Medicare coverage for this currently. As to the actual procedure, what gets done depends on a variety of factors, such as implant size and shape.
It's generally recommended that you be on hormones for at least a year or 2 before you think about breast implants.

DD sounds like backache territory to me.
And I completely agree with what Kelly has said about HRT needing to happen before any thoughts of getting implants.

I agree with what Kelly said too. I'd also suggest having your sperm frozen and beginning HRT.

Yup I totally agree with the other commenters. I was so uncertain about the boobs (as my mom is barely A), but the measures and the bra and how it fits all say C cup, at now 7 month post HRT. And I've read other girls having Cs at 5, or D at 6 months.
Save yourself the trouble, boobs are one of the few things that happen without surgery. Also it reduces sensitivity I've read. The rest unfortunately depends on luck. If it's your current pic you look like totally passing.
About freezing, depends on how much money you've got and what surgeries you want or need. As I can't give birth to kids (Maybe one day with an artificial uterus, but it's scifi for now) I really didn't care and didn't have any freezing. I just want these poisonous things to go away. I'd spend less on hormones lol

1. I paid 4000€ but I had another surgery at the same time and cost for breast augmentation was covered for both by public health insurance. Price may be different if paid from your own pocket
2. Usually you come to the surgeons office in the morning and they prepare you for the surgery. Here in Germany often you stay the night after surgery in hospital. There is always a medical examination weeks before surgery.
3. A little bit. But you get a painkiller. Wearing the medical bra is a !ille bit uncomfortable. That your surgeon may not require wearing such a bra
4. Your surgeon will tell you before what he thinks about maximum size. Your breast tissue can be stretched before to allow larger implants
5. It can happen that they will look "funny". I got my implants 1,5yr after starting hrt. I had some growth afterwards but my breast looking very natural. My surgeon advised my to take gummi bear anatomicals over the muscle to avoid a crazy look and it works.
