Title: Hair line/grafts just for temples area? Anyone know what procedures to do?

My temples have very fine baby hairs and I want my hairline to be more round. I dont want FFS. I had lower FFS done and I am scared my hair line will look like a wig. Anything I can do? I want a round hairline

you can get a hair transplant. That is how I had my hairline reshaped. Not the cheapest but if all you want is to shape your hairline then you should be great. I'd go with bangs afterwards to cover it up. Looks like you have great hair for it.
BTW, hair transplant definitely doesn't look like a wig. Check out some of the before/after shots out there. If you are on the west coast I have somebody to recommend also.

I've noticed recently that some beautiful high fashion models actually have thinner hair at the temples, so the round hairline is not required to pass or for beauty.
