Title: ftm - T and body fat

hey ive heard lots about fat distribution when someone starts T but im unclear as to if it means I will put on weight or if it will just come in others places of my body?? anyone know this experience, hit me up thanks,

It is a more long-term affect of testosterone use, so you may not see it right away. You also may not be able to immediately tell when looking at yourself. Someone else may have to point it out to you.

Fat should redistribute from your hips/thighs/butt to your stomach area. This, coupled with an increase in appetite, means that you should watch what you eat and make sure you're getting an appropriate amount of exercise.

Testosterone is also converted to estrogen in fat cells, so the fewer fat cells you have in your body, hypothetically the more positive effects of testosterone you'll see.
