saharo,

I am in no position to hand out advice. I can tell you that you are not alone here. It is a caring and supportive group that helps each other out. You don't have to add any more to your message if it is too hard but there are so many great people here that may have been through something similar.

While it is nice to talk to someone face to face, please do reach out here.

Try to find something either in or near you that can make you smile or laugh. Even if it is dark to start. Unless you just need to vent. That is totally cool and forget I responded.

But please know that without having met, there are many of us who care about you.

Best wishes,

Joanna

Hi - what do you feel is making you angry? In what way do you feel sick? It usually helps to write it out or talk to someone.

I've get that way sometimes, the people on here have been really helpful to me. If it gets really, really bad, there are people you can call that understand what we go through. Feel free to explain your situation if your comfortable doing so, at least for me, kvetching is helpful.

I often get these types of feelings as well, and the others are definitely right in saying that if you need support we're all here for you.

If you have someone in your offline life that you can reach out to, you can always consider contacting them as well.

When I'm down I like to watch a lot of TV - mostly documentaries and Let's plays, but it all depends on the individual.

If you're feeling dysphoric, try something small that validifies your gender.  I really hope you start doing better, and don't hesitate to reach out to me or one of the other members of Susan's if you need any additional support.
