I'm a mesomporph type who easily builds muscle mass. Since I'm 6' and have very broad shoulders, I'm trying to figure out an exercise routine which will help me lose some weight and also look more feminine. (I'd like to get my long limbs less meaty and more lean). I've been trying to do more running and stretching. Any other suggestions?

Some of the female wants to have muscle and other is like a body of man they want, but you want it to lose to be able to feminine looks. However, that is good, because it is better look for a female to have a sexy body. Nevertheless, why don't you try to drink so vitamins and a regular exercise. As I know there is an exercise for that. By the way, you could ask that for the trainer in the gym, or for the expert.

Do lots of running in which you do not run out of breath. By doing this, you can have the oxygen levels necessary for burning fat/carb. Also, do lots of workouts with low weight and a high amount of reps. I learned this a few years ago in college biology from a scientific basis, hope it helps!
