Challenging question. I'm interested to see how this plays out. Legally I don't think she has a case, since Facebook is allowed to uphold community decency standards. But Facebook does not need negative publicity, and I'm curious how they're going to play it.

Hue Hue Hue >:-) Honestly, I'm liking where this is going. Every site I've ever come across that bans female breasts/nipples from being shown allows men to show their chest and nipples, which is in my opinion still nudity when you really think about it. The only reason the majority consider it to be not nudity is because it's a man's world in many ways still and, because everyone grew up around this and it came off as the norm and not nudity but really it is nudity.
To me, all women should be able to show off their breasts and nipples if guys can do the same, otherwise, guys need to have the same censorship that us women have had placed upon us too. So yea, I'm all for what she is doing and it really is interesting either way. :)
