I came across the webpage of a transgender group after learning that already in 2004 an Israeli court of law attempted to redefine human gender. At first I thought I misunderstood, but no; judges at the Nazareth Regional Court (of all places) ruled that one-sex families are entitled to all applicable inheritance rights. One of the judges justified his decision by insisting that "the interpretation of 'man and woman' must change according to the social changes."
