Title: can I change background colour on forum?
Post by: Jayne on May 31, 2015, 09:40:46 AM
My medication is causing headaches and even with the brightness on my tablet turned down the light background is too bright for me to look at the screen for more than a couple of minutes.
Is it possible for me to change the background to a dark colour?
If it is then can someone post how to do this please?

Jayne I believe the settings are global. If it was possible the ability would have been in the settings in regards to your account. Sorry about your headaches. Hugs

Try the Stylish plugin (google is your friend), if it is available for your browser. Then install the "Global Dark Style" style, or any other style you might like.
Works like a charm for me.

What kind of tablet are you using?
Which OS are you using?
Which browser?

As much detail can help!

The Stylish plugin is available for Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Opera and maybe more, on any OS.
This should cover a lot of tablets out there.

Binatone?! That takes me back a bit - Argos catalogues and the like!

Hope you get the background sorted out soon.
