Title: Normal?
Post by: Hopefull on June 12, 2015, 11:52:50 PM
I have started taking Testosterone injections about a month ago and just recently I relise I get these rashes that come and go so fast I cant show my doctor. Looks like bumps. Started where I got my first shot, but now its on my elbow. Who knows where it will be tomorrow...
Doctor says it might be allergic reaction to something new, like soap, so I don't know what to believe. Should I be concerned? I don't THINK I have allergies to sesame seed oil, so I just hope I am not allergic to it.

Is there anything you started using or wearing lately that you were not a few weeks earlier? It could be an allergy, but an allergy to what. Hugs

You could do a few things to overall increase health...

avoiding food with lots of artificial ingredients...
avoiding high sugar drinks...

maybe eating some fresh food, salads and fruit... possibly organic, or from sources like farmers markets... and often you can tell if it gives a healthy vibe...

if your skin gets too dry you might increase some healthy fat intake... just a bit... maybe some nuts (not too much, some contain a bit of phytoestrogens)... olive oil.. or eggs...
