My primary support is my workplace. They have been absolutely wonderful.
Of course, I work hard to earn that respect. Meritocracy FTW.

I have a few real-life friends who check in (very) occasionally. I also have a couple long distance friends who I talk to more frequently but who have never met me, though some are more supportive than others.
But mostly Susan's.

My close girlfriends (April, Sydney, Gabby, Sneha), my therapist, my electrologist (Shelly) and laser tech (Tracy), my nurse practitioner (Zil), Susan's, and now my colleagues.
And last but not least, my mom.

Friends mostly, but I do still come here obviously. I like seeing everybody else's progress and knowing that there are other trans people around to talk to since none of my friends are.

Psychologist, a friend and usually my wife(can sometimes be triggering but what can I expect, she does not know where we will end up).

My wife is by far the stand out support for me. The rest are completely secondary to me.

It just depends on what kind of support I am needing. If for cooking, my husband -- the expression on his face will tell me everything. If for shopping and trying on clothes, that would be me ;D If for life's special events of happy or sad, my kittykat! Oh he is the best at giving me all sorts of support -- and he listens so darn well!
If for 't' issues and I need to run a thought by someone, I dial up or message a friend and ask them about it. But try doing that in a roundabout way with someone 'cis' and does not know you are 't'...myohmy the answers you will get.
