I'm curious if anyone has been prescribed Spironolactone for blood preesure, prior to or without additional HRT meds, and experienced any significant feminizing effects.

Some effects, partly reversible, might be:
-a bit less sex drive
-finer and maybe a bit less hair growth
-reversal of some mbp
-possibly a very slight breast growth
Well and it might help with an overall better feeling...

Thanks Laura. I assumed that since it is routinely used for BP that effects are probably not huge. I gather that it is most significant when used in combo with estrogen.

It might make for some mild effects, and cancel some effects of testo (like mbp).
For a significant feminization usually if possible bioidentical estrogen is taken, via various applications (oral/sublingual, topical, implants, injections) .
