Title: How long before my hair growth slows?
Post by: tesseract49 on June 27, 2015, 12:13:42 PM
Hi everyone :).  I am on estrgoen patches and finasteride. I want to know if slowing of hair growth would be noticed immediately or  after a while of being on HRT. I have bern on HRT for a few months now and I haven't noticed any change xxx

1-2 years for any significant reduction, and already stopped growth in some places. Sadly it's not an overnight thing as I'm shure everyone would love it to be.

In my multi-time experience over the decades the AA, hence T levels are the biggest factor in body hair. When I used Androcur within a month I saw a difference. Spiro in times past far less so even at a far higher level I am at now. Estrogen alone had little effect

It will take a while. I found that it was at least 18 months for me, but I also had several body waxes in the mean time.
