Title: How do you feel about the same or opposite gender looking at you breasts

I find it interesting the larger my breasts develop the more I notice guys sneaking peeks or just blatantly staring at my breasts. Most of the time I find it pretty cool because it excites me since I'm bi. One female café owner was looking a couple of days ago , but I think she was just wondering what's going on. It does tend to disturb me though when older gentlemen stare, especially if they're a lot older than me or they are just overweight and physically unattractive( no offense meant to over weight physically unattractive men) I haven't noticed many women noticing my breasts so far though. other than when I was at a McDonalds the other day when going to the doctors , I had just a T-shirt and no bra and the girl at the counter called me ma'am without make up and just my breast sticking out.

Doesn't worry me at all.
I do wear a few lower cut tops and its one thing I'll never understand how a woman could wear a lot cut top and get mad when a guy checks out her boobs.
Women check each other out, thats one, guys well guys are guys.

Alas, that's one way in which I haven't completely absorbed femininity. I am thrilled when someone notices my breasts.

It doesn't bother me. It's a right of passage and they can ogle away as far as I'm concerned.

I rarely and I mean very rarely wear anything that would actually show them off and they aren't that big anyhow. So its not really something I've noticed.

Hmm.
I like male attention, but not all of them.
I get creepy old guys trying to chat me up. I run quickly away. Younger men and those around my age I don't really mind.
I talk to women too but it is more networking than attraction. I'm not really attracted to them.
As I progress further I am realizing that I am more like a cis woman than I thought I was. Ah well.

I see it the same way a pair of topless women did at the Dyke March this year when some random guy wandered right out into the middle of the March and approached them - "You can look, but don't touch!" Guys are going to be weird. I don't really care because I'm not interested in them or what they think. Some lesser-endowed women may feel jealous. People who know I'm trans may assume I got implants and judge me. Whatever.
I don't pay much attention to whether or not people are staring at my breasts. Because I don't want to draw any unnecessary attention to myself that may cause me to get clocked I don't look around to check who might be staring. Generally I don't think people are staring at my boobs though. If they were then I'd be happy because it indicates a certain measure of acceptance by the public. Size plays a role and I'm not huge - 34C in my padded bra, 34B otherwise.
Do cis women stare at other's breasts out of attraction? I'm not sure my presentation flags me enough as a lesbian to elicit such a reaction anyway. It would be awesome if gay girls would check them out though.

i usually try not too care. people will look, people will stare. there really isn't anything you can do to stop people from acting the way they do so its a waste of energy to give them the attention they are looking for.
was rather embarrassing though when i was on video chat with an old friend of mine who happens to be a girl and she asked to see them O///O

LOL! On topic:
I went out from work to get my lunch just now.
As I entered the hospital again, I was hollered at by four guys in a van.
I grinned, waved, and blew them a kiss.
Then watched with glee as they almost drove straight over an island :~D

Hahaha! I had to laugh. :) I've a huge sense of pride about having my boobs. As for people checking them or me out. I love it. I never worry about the ones who stare in a creepy way though as long as they keep their hands to themselves.

I'm only a B cup so don't get much in the way of gawking anyway. Although I do remember talking to this guy (who has trans guy partner) - lovely guy, taller than me by an inch or so... and I couldn't help up notice his eyes kept darting down to my breasts. He knew me pre-transition, and this was the first time he'd seen me since I went fulltime so I don't know if he was still trying to perve or just get his brain around everything... ;D

I am a Bcup too. I overheard my brothers ex-girlfriend bitching to my mum about how I had bigger boobs than she did. She knew me during the earlier stages of my transition. If only she could see me now.

I have to admit that I did this deliberately.
There is a colleague at work who has trouble accepting me. I was going to a meeting where I had to get his agreement to some proposals. I wore a low cut blouse and made sure I leaned forward when making my proposals.
His mind was somewhat distracted, his eyes were on my boobs and my proposals were agreed to.
I feel no guilt whatsoever!
Mea Culpa, for I have sinned ... and it was great >:-)

I have padded myself up to a "C" cup to observe what the reactions of people are and to see how I feel about having larger ones. The reaction has been 100% positive from other people and I find that I am walking around with far more self confidence now.
I haven't caught anyone staring (maybe i'm bad at noticing it?) but people have definitely noticed. Men are much more likely to smile at me and engage me in a conversation about nothing. Women immediately gender me as female and chat me up which is very nice.
If I did catch someone staring it would depend on who it is and where I am. Unattractive people in shady settings would be scary/creepy; a cute girl/guy in a social setting wouldn't be bad at all.
We have worked hard to have femininity and like Cindy I find it rather fun to use it (batting my eyelashes or showing some cleavage) to advance my own interests. Our power lies in our femininity, like a fist in a velvet glove - exercised carefully it can move the world.

I waited a lifetime for these girls to really show up and I am enjoying every bit of the positive attention that comes my way. I certainly don't want to be another objectified piece of anatomy but, as so many have noted, this is a part of the current human condition--People LOOK! Breast are synonymous with sexuality in a simple equation that is used to sell everything under the sun. We are a boob saturated culture. Our feminine clothing can dress em down but is more often used to accentuate the prominence. ;D
I am fortunate to have development that works for me but my headlights are always on and even a padded bra might not cover totally if you get my points ;)

My reaction is driven by the person looking (so hence is a reaction).
If someone is ogling and I turn and make eye contact and smile at them, if they are nice, smile back, seem appreciative, then I'm happy.
If I get the "what are you looking at, witch" look, then I get annoyed.

When I go out wearing a tight top and no bra, I suddenly seem to pass 100%. No stares, no giggling behind my back, no more being the target of faraway laughter.
When I conceal them somehow, people are much more likely to give me looks of disapproval or make nasty comments just within earshot.
Yeah, look at them. I am a woman. I have permission to have boobs.

It kind of creeps me out. I admit it was validating at first, but now it feels like (mild) sexual harassment.
With that said, I'm oblivious, so the qualifier is that if I've noticed at all, the person is being *really* blatant.

I myself like boobies. And I like having boobies. I found it quite odd for women to be sneaking glances at my breasts when I speak to them. I was not ready for that kind of reaction. I usually wear camis, but I found the attention goes up when I wear a pushup bra. I do have nice bust and small ribcage with a thin waist.
