You could have a look at this whole thread:
https://www.susans.org/forums/index.php/topic,191008.msg1702282.html#msg1702282
The average penis size is a bit over 5". And not all of it can be inserted in most positions...
many say between 1 and 3 inches are lost in the space in between.
In many womens journals there are positions described where its not possible to enter too deeply...
Results of srs vary, it depends on the surgeon, what materials are there, etc...
A cis vagina is stretchable to some extent but can bottom out, too. Quite a few guys who bottom out know beforehand imo.
You can dilate after srs, for width with dilators of different sizes.
hugs

The portion of the dilator that goes all the way into me measures about 5 and a half inches. I can't imagine too many guys wanting more that that.

My dilator is about an 1 3/4 inches in diameter and I can handle 5 inches of it. This is a pretty good match for the skin that was used to make the vagina. While my vagina remains untested in battle, there shouldn't be a problem unless I encounter someone of a very large diameter. The important thing is you be religious about dilation after surgery. The formation of scar tissue must be controlled until after all healing is finished.

Depth depends on variables like the surgeon, space in the body, and donor material. I got 5.5" and can easily accommodate a 1.5" diameter dilator, which should be sufficient for most guys that a cis woman could handle - the ones who are huge or super long should already know women will have problems with them. ;)

I'm 20 years post op and I can tell you over time, your tissue changes to be like any regular old vag so you will stretch to accommodate any size penis or toy. As long as you dilate properly in the healing stage, you'll get good results.
I don't know how deep my vag is. I don't have my original set of stents from Montreal. I had marked them as I increased depth until I could take the biggest one all the way to the mark the doctor puts on it--and past his mark. After I got married, I ditched my stents thinking I'll never need them again, but a divorce and a new husband later, I had to purchase a new dilator. I haven't marked up the new one because it's so fancy lol...it's super fat on one end and thinner on the other and weighs a ton...I bought it from one of those approved online stores--can't remember the name. I just know because it's shaped different--kinda like a bowling pin(?) --I can't compare depth with the old stents because they were all straight, and non-weighted... I hope that makes some kind of sense?lol
Just trust that if you do the work, you'll get the results you want.

I have no idea if i could handle a large penis and I really don't want to find out ;D
As for depth I was told just under 6 inches by Sri the first time she attacked me with a dilator. I say attacked me because she fair just forced it in because I was being naughty and resisting it because it wasn't comfortable ;D I somehow slightly stretched things as I now have just over 6 inches and can manage that even with Chetts number 4 dilator which I believe is 32mm in diameter. I am putting the work in now to keep the depth and mostly they all go in fairly easily now just the odd time they fight back ;D

Dr. Bowers told me most cisgender women only have about 5.5 inches or so of vaginal depth - though, to be fair, cisgender vaginal tissue tends to be a bit "stretchier". So probably anything much more than 6 inches of depth is probably fine, I should think.

My Doc sayd i should have about 16cm depth (6,2 inches)... that was the stent-lengh..
But at the moment i only reach 11,5cm (4,5 inch) :-/
Hope i can handle it deeper with time, had my surgery 7 weeks ago.

All at your own risk but you could try coconut oil. Just talk it throuh wih your doc.
It has small molecules which can help soften the tissue.
Many use it with dilation.
Just be sure the dilation tool is oil resistant.
It has even some antifugal and antiviral properties.
Remember to use latex free condoms then, you might look up which ones are good.
Dilating from time to time with an estrogen cream from the gyn might also help soften the tissue.

I did not have surgery with Suporn but I have a couple of girlfriends who have in the past 18 months and they tell me that they should be able to get up to seven inches in depth. It is my understanding that Suporn has developed some new methods that he employs with his surgery that allows for increased depth. Again, as everyone else has stated this will only be realized if you stick to the proper dilation schedule. In my case, it has been true that the longer you have been post-op the more you stretch which increases your ability to take more length and width from your partner.

He kind of meshes the tissue so it can be longer...
drawback is a longer healing time...
and he is said to be not as consistent as Brassard for example who has kind of streamlined his process...
and some well endowed candidates reported problems...
but all surgeons have their weaknesses... and strengths...

Thank you, i will talk with my surgeon about coconut oil ;)
At the moment i use the lube like they use in hospital for insertions, because its antiseptic and a local anesthesia. But it feels like i dry after a few minutes inside, so maybe oil is the better choice!
I got also a local hormone cream from my gyn and some tablets for flora...

I saw Brassard 1 year ago in May and have around 5 1/2 inches, with a 1.5" dilator, so far have not had any issues with guys, and so far no guys have clocked it, though I can still see faint scars, I guess they either don't pay attention or really don't care.

I did SRS with Suporn and on my first few weeks after surgery i gained almost 7 inches in depth as i am a petite asian 5'8 in height and very slim body but somehow after i travelled back to my home i lost an inch. Trying my best to recover it but not able to so i am sitting at 6 and quarter sometimes if i am very relax but a definite 6 inches at all time dilating but the problem is my fiancé is well big down there and got a 9 inches uncircumcised with quite a big width so i am unsure if i will tear my vagina when we have sex when im fully heal. Im a month old post op by the way. He said "i will be gentle with you honey" and i don't buy that.

There are positions where an entry is not as deep.
You might look that up.
Additionally there are padded rings available which are put on the penis so a distance remains.
Cirumference could be a problem.
You might look for dilators of corresponding width and build your use gradually up to them, according to your surgeons suggestions.
Wetness might also be a problem.
Some people use an applicator and coconut oil as lube before sex. You might excuse yourself, go to the bathroom and use the applicator.
If using condoms, use non latex condoms then.
For regaining depth some people use an estrogen cream with dilation from time to time.
It might help soften the tissue, coconut oil, too.
Just ask your surgeon about all of this.

I am looking thinking of getting estrogen cream from my doctor here, but i am unsure since i am only a month old post op today. But my doctor gave me relaxant to relax while dilating and it does work too gaining about quarter inches to half sometimes, but i am still kinda frustrated when that inch gone to! I even email Sophie (Suporn assistant) about it and she said it might be cause of tension since now im back home. As i remember it well i can insert it almost 7 inches right before i packed my luggage and went back home 2 hours journey since my home is only in Singapore. Went home and started dilating again but lost an inch for no any reason i can think of. Been few weeks doing dynamic dilation 3-4 times per day but still on 6 and quarter and sometime 6 half if on relaxant pills. Pffftt.. Gimme back my inch to whoever stole it on my flight home! Lol estrogen cream might be a good idea but definitely not the premarin one coz i don't like the smell of it.
PS: I'll definitely gonna try to mould bullet shape coconut oil in my fridge and put it in after im fully heal in 2 months. Might be a good idea to insert it before having sex, since we both tested for blood test often and been living together for 6 years. Bet it will taste gooooood too since he like putting coconut oil in his coffee instead of sugar.
Hugs.

Depth...
It's different for everyone, I guess. It is also difficult to measure, because where do you put the ruler? if you bend over, the depth might be more. If you lie dow, it maybe less. If you spread your legs, it's less. If you close them, it's more. So it's difficult.
But given the anatomical generalization, you should be looking at 4-6 inches tops. Anything above that is either luck, some weird anatomy, or a surgeon that performed some dangerous surgery.

Are you willing to share how they gave you more depth? I'm interested.
As far as I know, there are anatomical limits especially in "male" bodies. There are techniques to give more, but they are dangerous from a surgical perspective, and only work at certain angles. So I wonder how surgeons nowadays solve this issue.

well i could reach the depth but not with thick diameter because in the end it was more narrowed.. but now they opened that up and it is not narrow anymore and i can take more..

I too am an Old postie (22 years Postie) and definitely with age your vagina becomes more flexible but I like you had a dry period after my ex boyfriend. I had to stretch myself out again.
Right after my SRS I had at least 7 inches and I think at my prime I had to be 8-8.5 depth because my Boyfriend at the time was about that large and I accommodated easily although I was filled. I would say if you're uncut it does help with the elasticity and depth issues. At least from my experience.

Oh, that explains the Seghers reference in the other thread!
Back when I was going through transition I saw his named mentioned a number of times, but when I had my SRS (1998) he was not one anyone I knew was considering. Back then, even though Biber was still active too, the big three were Shrang, Menard and Meltzer - the first two of which are retired now.

I was circumcised which may have contributed to my need for a graft... and that graft line to this day is harder and a lot less stretchy than the rest, and limit at least my width significantly if not depth.
