I am beginning my journey as a mtf tg. I am very nervous and feeling a bit isolated from the world. Plus, I am impatient to boot. I just wanted to introduce myself and let you know I will be around.

Hi Jayne, welcome to Susan's. Your among friends now. One thing most of us, myself included, learned early on is that this is something that takes a lot of time.
