Title: What to expect switching from Spironolactone to Leuprorelin (Prostap / Lupron)?

So I've been on Spiro since I started HRT over 7 months ago, but my endo is now switching me to a GnRH analog, Leuprorelin.
Does anyone know what to expect when this happens, like mood changes? I was reading about the initial "flare up" of T which has me worried.
I'm also concerned about the potential side effects, like irregular heart beat or congestive heart failure. Has anyone had any bad side effects from Leuprorelin? I haven't had any side effects on Spiro, except a salt craving. :P
Thanks!
