Testosterone boosting foods- strawberries, tuna, avacados, spinach, garlic, eggs, broccoli, and I believe brussels sprouts.
Estrogen- sesame seeds, chick peas, sunflower seeds, milk, tofu, soy beans, hummus, multi-grain.
That's all I could think of

Stick with whole grains, the only alternative is white bread with the nutrients stuffed back into it artificially, which is just gross and totally not what your body deserves if you're trying to take care of it. While all these foods may do as RaptorChops said, remember that the quantity of these you'd have to eat every single day to make a significant physiological difference, especially a visible one, would be unreasonable for the average person. You'd gain weight eating too much of most of a lot of these before you'd gain any significant secondary sex characteristics. Soy is really the only estrogen-boosting ingredient you could reasonably eat high portions of unintentionally without ruining your health, since it comes in so many forms and isn't a "filler" food in comparison.
Just stick to reasonable portions and you'll be fine, folks.

Guys,
This topic comes up on the girl's board all the time, and some of them end up almost drowning in soy milk.
No food. None. Has anything like the the amount of T or E to have any effect.
Natural food hormone mimics are just so weak in binding to the Androgen receptors that you would need to consume a tonne a day to do anything. For you men you need to raise your T levels by over a 100% to reach normal male levels. That is not possible without taking T. Sorry, I wish it wasn't true. But think about it. As I tell the women, if there was high levels of hormones in food, how many cis people would be sueing the manufactures for them having involuntary sex change!

Anyways, it's not too bad to know which foods boost testosterone and which ones boost estrogen just for the sake of knowledge. :)
Not to mention, most of the foods that are testosterone boosters are usually healthy (moderation = key), and when paired with exercise (especially that of the HIIT kind), it makes me feel better about myself since I'm being healthy and building muscle.
