you cant really reverse any part of puberty though you can force a new puberty on top of it, this is why the voice dosent change, the beard stays, exc.
now with surgery and other proceadures you can cover some of it up but it can't really be reversed, one of the big reasons puberty blockers are so valuable to trans kids, it spares them all of that.

The main things that can be undone are the increase in body hair, the rapid accumulation of muscle, and the "manly" sweat funk odor.
Changes in bone or cartilage structure cannot be changed. Basically, changes that rely on ongoing replenishment can be undone, those that are static cannot. Facial hair is the big exception to this, but that can be eliminated.
But it is not nearly as bad as you think.

I trust everyone on this forum so I am really holding out hope that my parents will let me start puberty blockers so I can at least halt the rest of my puberty and then maybe they will even allow me to start hormones.
