I know it seems like a long time, but it will be here before you know it. I don't go in for SRS with the surgeon I'm going to tell October of next year so I would gladly take a date that soon. You try doing some other things that help you pass the time while you wait this out including getting everything in place your going to need Post SRS. I would focus on those things because the more prepared you are the better when you have to take it easy for a bit after the procedure. Hugs

37 days to go
Every woman i tell looks at me and squeels
Some hug me
Universal question " you must be so happy "
Well not happy but relieved
Not getting into dressing concerns that make
Me want to run into traffic daily

to help with calmness you could try to stick to mental images of a good outcome...
like sipping on your favourite fruit juice...

and a bit of exercise to work of stress hormones, like taking a walk for a few minutes... a few situps twice a day... etc...

Do you have a pet ? Spending some time with them might help...

*hugs*

I miss Montreal. I lived there for 6 years.

Go to La Belle Province and have a poutine, a Mae West, and a Pepsi for me please.

Make sure to spend a lot of time with friends who can distract you from stopping the HRT and help you pass the time in the present rather than 13 days from now.

Very excited for you!  Brassard is by far my top choice, so I'm looking forward to any updates you're willing to provide.

Hope you enjoy the entire experience.
