No, you dont look terrible, if anything its the opposite. You look quite good.

I'd say try to relax...
have a few deep breaths, and maybe take a walk...
and try to avoid extremes...
striving for consistency and a constantly nice feeling...
instead of ups and downs...
what kind of hrt are you on ? Micronized estro, sublingual ? You might try to split your daily dose in a few small doses, for example four, to avoid a seesaw pattern...

When I have that feeling I just stop staring at my reflection, looking at my pictures and stop thinking about it. Because it can drive you mad. The more you look at yourself in a mirror or looking at your pictures, the worse you tend to look for yourself; finding more and more problems with your appearance and when you come back a day or two you'll find that it's not at all that terrible.

Nope. ..... You definitely do not look terrible. .. I think you look just fine! :)
I know it's hard, especially right now but try to find an anchor to keep from spiralling. A happy memory or recent experience that was a win for you.
It may sound goofy but it's helped me.

Try not to worry too much about pictures. If you look at the tabloids, you'll realize that at some point everybody can have a bad picture. There was one particular actress that I thought was absolutely gorgeous. However every picture I'd seen of her was horrible. Actually they barely looked like her. I personally have a terrible time getting a good selfie. I always look way too masculine. Usually when someone else takes a picture, it's not nearly as bad. Remember that sometimes it's just a bad picture and sometimes people just aren't photogenic.
